WEST Dorset has had 30 property sales over £1 million in the last 12 months.
With sales prices reaching as high as £3.5 million, West Dorset (those in DT postcodes) is positioned at number 61 across England, Wales and Scotland as having the most amount of sales over the £1 million price point.
The data, collected by Property Solvers and taken between July 2021 and July 2022, found that the total value of these sales was a staggering £44.39 million.
Some of the most expensive properties sold across the DT postcode area over the past year are: Church Farm, Hilfield, Dorchester, DT2 7BA sold for £3,500,000; Manton, Sturminster Newton, DT10 1EZ sold for £2,350,000; Sunnyridge, Stowell, Sherborne, DT9 4PD sold for £2,150,000; Old Rectory, Seaborough, Beaminster, DT8 3QY sold for £1,999,000.
