THE first of three spectacular firework displays planned for Weymouth seafront this summer can be seen on Monday. (August 1)
The display starting at 9.30pm on Monday evening is a lower noise display after the successful trial of these displays last summer.
It means more people will be able to enjoy the firework displays.
There will be other fun things happening on the seafront beforehand.
The summer firework displays will be provided by Sirotechnics with additional operational support from Masterplan Offshore and Weymouth Harbour.
Where possible, people are encouraged to leave their cars at home and walk or use public transport when getting to and from the displays.
There will be another display on August 15 and a third on the bank holiday, August 29. The display on August 15 will also be lower noise.
