That's one way to beat the ferry queues to France!
A south coast beach has become the first in the country to offer bathers a fleet of 'sea cars' to take out for a spin on the waves.
The fun crafts that are pedalos dressed up as convertible cars are being hired out at Studland beach.
The pedal-powered boats are an ideal way for tourists wanting to see part of Britain's Jurassic Coast without having to worry about soaring fuel prices.
But positioned 70 miles to France, pedalling them across the Channel to beat the backlog at Dover might be a bit too much.
Studland Water Sports has eight cars available for hire, four with slides, with each craft having room for up to five passengers.
Tracy Waters, co-owner of Studland Water Sports, said: "In the right conditions I am sure they would make it (to France).
"I reckon they are very environmentally friendly, they are a good mode of transport.
"These are the first in the UK.
"We saw them while we were on holiday in Spain and they arrived with us last week.
"Seeing the Jurassic Coast from the water is a game changer.
"It is a lovely walk along the cliffs but seeing it from the water is stunning."
