A village fete and flower show is being held today in Chetnole.
The Chetnole Fete and Flower Show will be held from 2pm to 4.30pm in Chetnole village hall. Entry and parking are free.
The flower show is a traditional flower and produce show with 92 classes of vegetables and fruit, flowers, cooked produce, handicrafts, amateur paintings and photography. There is something for all ages and abilities. Judged by external experts, winners can enjoy prizes, trophies and enormous satisfaction.

The village fete will have sideshows such as the ever-popular Human Fruit Machine, coconut shy, Fish the Fizz and welly wanging, bric-a-brac, tombola, raffles, classic cars, trade stalls, live music, a dog show, children's events, a Pimm's stall, teas and cakes and more.
