A man is due to appear in court in connection with a crash that killed a 23-year-old woman.
The fatal collision occured on Saturday, May 1 2021 at around 8.15pm when an Audi Allroad estate vehicle crashed on the B3081 Shaftesbury Road between Shaftesbury and Gillingham.
Aron Simon James Dunn, aged 30 and of Gillingham, has been issued with a postal requisition to appear at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 24 August 2022 for an offence of causing death by dangerous driving.
Emergency services attended and very sadly a 23-year-old female passenger of the Audi was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two further occupants of the vehicle were taken to Salisbury District Hospital with serious injuries.
