A new exhibition is being housed in the Fine Foundation Gallery in Durlston Country Park.

‘Fine Lines’ features wood, lino-cuts and woven silk from artists Debby Kirby and Robin Mackenzie.

Printmaker Robin and silk weaver Debby have worked alongside one another since 2016 and the idea of combining both artforms resonated with them both in 2018.

Their exhibition ‘Fine Lines’ showcases the pair’s intricate work and includes both prints and textiles - many of which have been inspired by the landscape of Dorset.

Robin Mackenzie said: “We are very excited to be launching our new exhibition 'Fine Lines' at Durlston Castle this August. We will be showcasing our innovative solo and collaborative work, featuring silk and paper weaving, printmaking and textiles.”

Shannon Dugdale, from Durlston Country Park, said: “We’re so pleased to welcome two very talented artists into our Fine Foundation Gallery. Their work is perfect for the setting of Durlston.”

The exhibition will be open daily from 10:30am – 5pm and will have a variety of pieces for sale.
