A TEENAGER has been sentenced for being drunk and disorderly in a public place in Poundbury.
Lufti Jason Kilinc, whose address was given as Beckett Close in Blandford St Mary, appeared in court on Thursday, August 11, for sentencing.
The 19-year-old pleaded guilty to one count of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
The charge was in relation to an incident which occurred on July 25 this year on East Sydenham Street in Poundbury.
Kilinc was sentenced to a 12-month conditional discharge, must pay a victim surcharge of £22 as well as £25 toward court costs.
The defendant's guilty plea was taken into account when imposing the sentence.
