Dorchester Film Society has rescheduled its second film screening of the season from Monday, September 19 to Monday, October 31.

Master Cheng was due to be shown at the Corn Exchange in Dorchester but has been postponed because of the Queen's funeral.

The next film to be screened by the Society is Parallel Mothers, which will be shown at the Corn Exchange on Monday, September 26 at 7.30pm.

Almodovar's latest release stars Penélope Cruz and Milena Smit as two single women, Janis and Ana, who meet in a hospital room where they are both going to give birth.

One is middle aged and doesn't regret it, while the other is adolescent and scared.

Membership of the society is £60 for the full season or £40 for the autumn only. Members can buy up to two guest tickets for each screening at £6 each.
