On Saturday 1st October, people from all parts of Dorset came to protest in Weymouth.
Under the banner Enough is Enough, we stood in solidarity and marched together through town.
Enough is Enough calls for fair pay, a cut to energy bills, an end to food poverty, decent homes for all and fair taxation, so that the rich pay their fair share.
We support strikers who run our public services on starvation wages. We support climate justice. We support equality for all – not privilege for the 1%.
Labour leader Keir Starmer puts it this way: people want to thrive, not just survive.
It’s time this country was run for the many, not the few.
