Presenter Ben Fogle visited Dorset to interview a man who is walking the length of the British coastline as part of a TV show.

The presenter interviewed Christian Lewis alongside the Jurassic Coast for his Channel 5 programme New Lives in the Wild.

In case you missed it, here is all you need to know including how you can catch up on the show.

Christian has been fundraising for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, ever since August 2017 when he decided to set off on his huge journey.

He took £10 and a bit of camping gear and set off to raise money by walking the entire coastline of the British Isles.

Five years on and his circumnavigation of the UK is nearly complete. He started in Swansea and is currently in Devon.

Whilst trekking in the Highlands, Chris met a girl, Kate, who also has not left his side since, and they have had a baby, Magnus, who travels with them in a papoose.

Whilst in Dorset, TV presenter Ben Fogle caught up with Chris on the Jurassic Coast to film him for New Lives in the Wild.

Speaking on the show, Ben Fogle said: "Part of me is really jealous of that and thinks this must be the most liberating life that you could ever have and I wonder whether it is all plain sailing."
