People who wish to support local health services are invited to an Annual General Meeting (AGM) next month.
The Chairperson and Committee of the League of Friends of Weymouth and Portland Hospitals, warmly invites all to its AGM on Tuesday, May 16.
The meeting is being held at Weymouth Bay Methodist Church, Melcombe Avenue, Weymouth, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Tea and coffee will be available at the meeting.
The League of Friends provides invaluable support to Weymouth, Westhaven and Portland Community Hospitals - raising money for additional equipment there as well as supporting patients who need financial help.
Many members also give up their time to carry out voluntary work at the hospitals, supporting staff and patients in a variety of ways.
