Firefighters rushed to tackle a heath fire in Wyke Regis.
At around 9.10pm on Tuesday, May 30, fire crews from Weymouth and Bere Regis were called to a small heath fire on South Road in Wyke Regis.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
A spokesperson for Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were called to South Road, Weymouth at 9.10 pm last night for a small heath fire.
"A crew from Weymouth and a small 4x4 appliance from Bere Regis attended, and one hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire, which affected an area of approx. 30m x 10m."
