A lorry has been trapped by a fallen branch.
The lorry has been stuck as a result of the incident on Bailey Ridge, near Leweston, just by Sherborne.
Road closures are in place. It was reported to police at 2.30pm.
Police are in attendance and the local authorities have been notified.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 2.30pm that a lorry had been trapped by a fallen branch at Bailey Ridge near Leweston.
"Officers have attended and the local authority has been notified. Road closures are currently in place."
