A ROAD off a Dorset village will be closed for connectivity works on Friday, September 29 from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
Blagdon Hill, off Martinstown, will be shut between 9.30am and 3.30pm to enable Openreach to carry out works.
The road will be shut from its junction with the B3159 to Arena Sheds & Fencing, a distance of approximately 1,290 metres.
The recommended diversion route is Coombe Road.
The closure has been requested to allow Openreach safe access to work on overhead structure.
Information boards will be placed by Openreach in the area to inform motorists of the works and letters will be sent to local residents directly affected.
