Traders are wanted to take part in an annual bonfire tradition.
The annual Guy Fawkes night firework display and beach bonfire will be returning to Weymouth’s seafront.
Weymouth Town Council is on the lookout for traders who would like to have a stall on the promenade on the evening of Sunday, November 5.
Whether you’re a trader selling food, drinks, or other goods, applications need to be received no later than midday on Wednesday, October 4.
Applicants will hear back by Monday, October 9.
Weymouth seafront will experience high footfall in connection with the fantastic fireworks display, so it’s the perfect opportunity to be part of the event.
The format for the evening is as follows:
From 4pm – the fairground opens on the Pavilion Forecourt
7.40pm – beach bonfire is lit
8pm – fireworks are ignited from a vessel in Weymouth Bay
Prices are based on a 4m x 3m pitch:
Hot food sellers – £99.00 including VAT
Other food/drinks sellers – £69.00 including VAT Trade pitches – £49.00 including VAT
Applications from both food and non-food traders are invited for the evening.
