A crash on a lane in Sherborne has led to queuing traffic on the B1345.
A crash was reported on Clatcombe Lane north of Sherborne at around 4.30 pm near the Golf Club.
Police, fire and ambulance crews have rushed to the scene of the crash.
Traffic is queuing in both directions.
Drivers are advised to find alternative routes for their journeys.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "At approximately 4.20pm, officers responded to reports of a road traffic collision between two vehicles on Clatcombe Lane, Sherborne.
"The road is currently blocked. Officers are currently assisting, along with ambulance and fire crews."
