THERE are still places left for a popular community event this weekend hosted by All Saints church.
A quiz night will be held on Saturday, October 7 at Wyke Regis Memorial Hall from 7pm.
Bring your own refreshments and enjoy an evening of fun pitting your wits against quizmaster Gary Hepburn's questions. Bring your friends too.
Teams are a maximum of six and individual entrants are welcome.
Doors open at 6.30 pm. Entry fee is £5 (includes £2 of raffle tickets), payable on the door. Contact Jeff Thomas on 07710 096174 to reserve.
Another event will be held at the end of the month, with Parnham Voices, a popular and accomplished a capella choir from Beaminster, returning to All Saints church on Saturday, October 28 for Byrd song, a concert of choral music by William Byrd and others.
