Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service has issued a public notice regarding the next Local Performance and Scrutiny Committee meeting.
The main purpose of the meeting is to reduce community and firefighter risks associated with prevention and response, as set out in the Community Safety Plan. It will also make any recommendations to the Fire & Rescue Authority.
The meeting will take place in the Dorset conference room at the service's Poundbury offices just off Peverell Avenue West on Thursday, November 23 from 10am and members of the public are welcome to attend.
The service is also encouraging the public to submit questions about fire & rescue prevention and response in their area and should contact the Democracy Services if they wish to do so.
Copies of the agenda and reports for the meeting will be made available five days prior to the meeting via the DWFRS website and will be available on the day.
Call 01722 691079 or email democratic.services@dwfire.org.uk for more information or to submit questions ahead of the meeting.
