A 75-year-old man has been charged in connection with a report of sexual assault in Weymouth.
It was reported that a man engaged a teenage girl in conversation as they travelled on the number 10 bus from Dorchester to Weymouth.
He then allegedly grabbed her and kissed her in the area of Weymouth train station.
The local man was arrested and, following enquiries by officers, has been charged with sexual assault.
Police have just revealed that the incident occurred between 12pm and 1pm on Thursday, April 27.
He is due to appear at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, December 13.
