HEAR a talented flautist perform at a church's lunchtime concert.
St Peter's Church in Dorchester is hosting a lunchtime concert on Saturday, November 18 from 12.30pm to 1pm.
The soloist will be flautist Nadia Divincenzo, accompanied by Rob Taylor at the piano.
From the Netherlands, Nadia is a music scholar at Bournemouth University where she studies computer animation, art and design.
Her 30-minute programme will include works by Vivaldi and Poulenc amongst other composers.
Music at St Peter’s seeks to promote the talented next generation of musicians who, having left school, are at the beginning of their higher educational training.
A spokesman said: "We are delighted to welcome Nadia as the latest in an ongoing sequence of talented emerging artists to perform at St Peter’s.
"This is the ideal way to spend a peaceful half hour in the midst of a busy Saturday. Admission is free and all welcome."
