A car crashed into a telegraph pole leaving a road partially closed.
As previously reported, the A352 in Middlemrash was partially closed on Sunday, November 19, following reports of a crash.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The road was closed on the northbound carriageway due to debris.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: "Dorset Police received a report at 5.21am on Sunday, November 19, of a single-vehicle collision on the A352 between Buckland Newton and Sherborne outside The Hunters Moon pub.
"It is reported that the vehicle collided with a telegraph pole. The local authority was made aware due to debris on the road.
"Recovery was requested for the vehicle. There were no reports of any injuries. The road was closed and reopened at around 10.30am."
