A fantastical vision was seen as the past met the future for a weekend of steampunk wonder in Weymouth.
This is the third year the steampunk weekend has been held with events taking place in the Nothe Fort and Weymouth town centre, culminating in a themed parade along the seafront.
On Saturday the Ministry of Steampunk, Weymouth College and steampunk stallholders joined forces at the Nothe Fort for fashion displays, choirs, bands, games, crafting steampunk accessories and live entertainment from steampunk belly dancers.

Sandra Schuetz from Bournemouth dressed up and came down to the fort with her two friends Joe Stedman and Ziggy Woodward.
She said: "The historical setting encourages dressing up and in a space like this with like-minded people, it is easier to express yourself."
Chey O'Connell and Hazel O'Flaherty from Weymouth brought out their goggled hats to join in the fun. Chey said: "It is fantastic that Weymouth holds these events."
Dave Hulbert visited with his partner Hannah and kids Zoe and Caleb. He said: "We came down from Poole just for the day to see the steampunk things. It has been lots of fun, we have been looking forward to this for a week or two."
Dawn Rondeau-Irvine, Chief Operations Officer at We Are Weymouth (BID) said: "This Victorian gothic fantasy event has brought people here from as far as Derbyshire and lots of local visitors.
"We are excited to grow the Christmas programme."
Concluding the magical weekend was the famous Steampunk Promenade taking over the town on Sunday.
The event started at Jubilee Clock at 11am, with a parade along Weymouth seafront and into town. Despite dreary weather, participants were thankful that the rain halted during the parade.
Meg 'Megafun' Armstrong from the Ministry of Steampunk South said: "It has been brilliant. This is our third year of coming to Weymouth and it could not be more welcoming.
"We as a team want to work with We Are Weymouth to expand the event and come more into the town next year in addition to the fort."
To end the festivities, visitors can join fellow steampunk enthusiasts in their finery to enjoy a traditional Sunday Roast at the Crown Hotel.
