FIREFIGHTERS had to enter a property through a window to allow paramedics to reach a casualty.
The ambulance service was called to a home on Horsehill Place in Shaftesbury at around 10am today (Wednesday, January 3).
One fire crew from Shaftesbury arrived at the home within five minutes and managed to gain access to the property by a window.
The incident was then left with the Ambulance service.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 09:04hrs on Wednesday, January 3, to an incident near Ludwell, Shaftesbury. We sent one double-crewed land ambulance.”
