POLICE are searching for a woman from Dorchester who was last seen six days ago.
Dorset Police received a report in the early hours of Wednesday, February 7, raising concern for the welfare of Kyra Anderson, aged 20, who was last seen on Friday, February 2.
UPDATE: Missing Dorchester woman Kyra Anderson has been found
Kyra is described as around five feet four inches tall and of slim build with shoulder-length blonde hair.
She has tattoos on her right hand and on her left arm. When she was last seen she was wearing a black coat with ‘Lorenzzo’ in white writing on the back, grey jogging bottoms and brown Ugg-style boots.
Officers are appealing for information from the public as they conduct enquiries to locate a missing young woman from Dorchester.
Chief Inspector Danny Tamblyn, of Dorset Police, said: “We are concerned for Kyra’s welfare, and we are carrying out a number of enquiries to try and locate her as we want to ensure she is all right.
“From our enquiries we understand she has links to the Colchester area in Essex and may have also travelled to the Southampton area and the Pimlico area of London.
“I would urge anyone with information relating to Kyra’s whereabouts to please contact us.
“I would also like to make a plea directly to Kyra if you see this appeal to please make contact with us or your loved ones and let us know where you are – we just want to check that you are OK.”
