Free tennis lessons are being offered to children in Weymouth.
Weymouth Town Council is offering the coaching courses free of charge at Radipole Park with the help of funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund and National Lottery Community Fund.
The sessions will be held on four dates:
- Saturday, May 4
- Saturday, May 11
- Saturday, May 18
- Saturday, May 25
The sessions will be split up into three age categories with children from the ages of four to seven getting lessons between 11.30am and12.10pm.
Children aged between seven to 12 will be coached from 12.10pm until 12.50pm and children aged 12 and above will have sessions put on at 12.50pm 1.30pm.
All sessions will be run by an accredited tennis coach and equipment will be provided.
Parents must also remain in the park during the sessions.
