A man has pleaded not guilty in court to threatening a woman with a knife and breaking her phone at a flat in Weymouth.
Christopher Heal, aged 39, appeared in Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, April 4.
The charges relate to an incident on June 24, 2023, where Heal is alleged to have threatened a woman with a knife at a flat on Weymouth Esplanade and damaged her phone.
Heal denies a charge of threatening a person with a knife and a charge of criminal damage.
The case was heard by Judge Robert Pawson.
The trial is set to be held over three days starting September 16 at Bournemouth Crown Court.
Heal, of East Hill, Tuckingmill, Camborne in Cornwall, is released on conditional bail not to contact the alleged victim.
