The public is being asked to help identify a man as part of an investigation into the fly-tipping of a mattress in Weymouth.
The Dorset Council Waste Service has released pictures of a man they hope to identify after a double mattress was left up against a wall on Wesley Street.
The incident took place on Sunday, March 10 at 11.03pm. Dorset Council Waste Service has only now put out the appeal.
A spokesperson for the Dorset Council Waste Service said: "A male wearing a white hoodie and with a small white dog comes into view from Park Street. He appears to have come from the direction of King Street.
"He is dragging a double mattress which he then leaves against a wall in Wesley Street, at its junction with Park Street. Given the size of the object, we assume he lives locally."
