A woman was rescued after being cut off by the tide.
Wyke Coastguard Rescue Team received a call from Dorset Police at 2.24pm on April 10 to help rescue a woman who had been cut off by the tide in the Castle Cove area in Portland Harbour.
Portland Bill Coastguard Rescue Team and Weymouth Lifeboat ILB were also called to help with the rescue.
An initial search was carried out at Castle Cove sailing club areas.
The rescue teams received further information and managed to locate the woman to the east of Sandsfoot beach, along the Underbarn towards Bincleaves arm.
She was walked out with the assistance of coastguard rescue officers.
The Dorset Echo has contacted Dorset Police for comment.
