A PROBATE and trustee notice has been published for a man who has passed away in the Dorchester area.
It is for Gordon Alexander Adams of 11 Barnes Way, Dorchester, who died on February 22.
Anyone who has a claim against the estate should write to Pengillys LLP Solicitors of 67 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, DT4 8HB, with details before July 3 when the personal representatives distribute the estate after that date, they only have to take account of claims which they have received by then and will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not by then have had notice.
The public notice has been published under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925.
