A live show celebrating the career of Sir Paul McCartney is coming to Weymouth this summer.
McCartney - The Songbook will perform at the Weymouth Pavilion on Saturday, June 2 at 7.30pm exploring the singer’s musical journey from his Liverpudlian roots to his days in The Beatles and Wings, eventually leading to an extensive solo career.
The show will feature over 40 hit songs including Band On The Run, Can’t Buy Me Love, Yesterday, Live and Let Die, Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band and Hey Jude.
Critically acclaimed performer Peter Jackson, who performed in the West End show Let It Be, is the lead tribute singer, backed by a team of musicians and performers.
Tickets cost £28.50 and are available to buy on the Weymouth Pavilion website or by calling 01305 783225.
