A church in Weymouth is holding a free concert to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.
St. Nicholas Church in Broadwey will be hosting the concert and afternoon tea on Saturday, June 8, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
Family and friends are welcome. The concert is suitable for all ages.
Entertainment is being provided by local band Music Craft. They will be playing a variety of music as well as sing-a-long medleys from the 1940s.
A selection of fresh cream scones and cakes will be available with tea or coffee.
Any donations made will go directly to SSAFA Dorset.
Weymouth Town Council have given a grant towards the cost of hosting the event.
