A lane on a main road has been partially closed after a vehicle broke down.
The left lane of the A354 between Weymouth to Dorchester has been partially closed after a vehicle broke down. The incident was reported to police around 8.30am.
One local said: "The police are blocking the left lane on Ridgeway towards Dorchester. Traffic seems to be coping well at the moment."
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 8.32am of a broken down vehicle on the Weymouth Relief Road near to the Jurassic Roundabout. Officers have attended and a lane closure has been put in place as the vehicle is recovered."
Delays of up to 10 minutes have been reported, with motorists advised to find an alternative route.
