A man who needed urgent medical help this morning has been arrested for causing an alleged disturbance last night.
Police and ambulance could be seen on Derby Street, Weymouth early this morning at 8.10am responding to a man needing medical attention.
It was reported to police that the man had allegedly caused a disturbance the night before - and was arrested for the incident.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "At 8.10am on Monday, July 1 we received a report of a man requiring medical attention in Derby Street in Weymouth.
"Officers attended with the ambulance service.
"It was further reported that the man had caused a disturbance earlier in the night and he was arrested in relation to the incident."
