An arts company based in Dorchester will be hosting a summer fundraising event which will feature a cabaret show.
Whitcombe Manor, which is the home of author Minette Walters, will be hosting Dorchester Arts’ tenth Summer Sunday fundraising event on Sunday, July 28.
It will feature a performance from cabaret duo Charlie Bicknell and Louise Innes who have previously performed at the Glastonbury Festival and around the UK. Their show combines theatre, dark humour and opera.
Tickets for the event cost £35 which will include a glass of bubbly and a light lunch in the gardens.
Funds raised from the evening will help the company provide more arts events for the county town.
The gates will open at 12pm for an open-air lunch with the performance beginning at 1pm in the barn.
Tickets are available to purchase on the Dorchester Arts website.
