Emergency services are dealing with a medical incident at Wyke Regis, Weymouth.
Paramedics and an air ambulance have been scrambled to the emergency.

The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance was seen to land in the Ferrybridge area around midday next to Portland Beach Road.
The incident is believed to have taken place at an address in Dowman Place, which is off Portland Road and near the Rodwell Trail.
Two land ambulances are also at the scene.
The Devon Air Ambulance was seen circling at the same time before landing on Weymouth Beach.
This was a separate incident in the town centre.
Alan Murphy, a local resident said: "I was out on my daily walk and I saw two ambulances at Dowman Place. I also saw the air ambulance nearby.

"At first I thought it could have been someone in trouble at sea.
"I really hope that the person involved is okay."
