Ketamine was seized, drink drivers were reported and anti-social behaviour was reported on Weymouth seafront on the last night of fireworks.
Officers from Weymouth and Portland Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) were on patrol for the last Monday fireworks night of the summer.
Police said their officers were "kept busy" during the evening.
A spokesperson for Weymouth and Portland Police said: "Tonight we attended a report of a drug overdose, dealt with a mental health concern, went to a report of three drink drivers, and dealt with some youth ASB at the Pavilion.
"Later on we completed a positive drugs search at the King's Statue. Officers seized some suspected Ketamine.
"During the shift, a member of the public showed us to a toolbox that had been hidden under a car in Crescent Street. Is it yours? Let us know, and quote occurrence 55240131866."
