A man has denied intimidating his ex-partner at a Weymouth supermarket, breaching a court order.
John Herbert, of Putton Lane in Chickerell, appeared at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, August 28.
The 25-year-old pleaded not guilty to one count of breaching a non-molestation order.
The charge states that on April 4, at Asda in Weymouth, he intimidated his ex-partner which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order made by Bournemouth and Poole Family Court on October 3, 2023.
Herbert was represented by Patricia Sheehan, Charles Nightingale was prosecuting.
The case was adjourned until a hearing on Friday, January 10 at Weymouth Magistrates’ Court.
Herbert was released on unconditional bail.
