A PROBATE and trustee notice has been published for a woman from Chickerell who has passed away.
A public notice has been issued after the death of Sally Ann Simms of 16 Elizabeth Way, Chickerell, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 4DA, who died on May 7.

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named are required to send written particulars thereof to the address below before December 14, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests notified.
