Joyce and family of the late Collin Baker would like to thank everyone who attended his funeral service, for the cards and messages of condolence, also the generous donations for the Dorset Kidney Fund.
Our thanks also the the Vicar Sarah Godfrey for the service and Les Parsons for his moving tribute.
Special thanks and gratitude to the Renal Dialysis Team, the Prince of Wales Ward and the Intensive Care Unit at Dorset County Hospital, also the Surgery at Milton Abbas.
Our final thanks to David Grassby for his very helpful and professional service.
