Police have charged a 30-year-old local man with the murder of South Korean student Jong-Ok Shin.
Police said the man, who was arrested on Thursday, was due to appear before Bournemouth Magistrates today.
Miss Shin, known to her friends as Oki, was found lying in Malmesbury Park Road, Charminster in the early hours of Friday, July 12. She died of stab wounds a few hours later in Poole Hospital.
