Bournemouth 4 - Bristol City 0
Wade Elliott capped his man-of-the-match performance by scoring twice as Cherries chalked up a resounding victory over Bristol City at Dean Court today.
The former Bashley star opened the scoring after just 12 minutes with a delightful effort from the edge of the box and added his second ten minutes after half-time.
Sandwiched between Elliott's two goals were strikes from Richard Hughes and Carl Fletcher.
Cherries also had a number of other chances but left shell-shocked City on the receiving end of a good hiding.
This was Bournemouth's biggest home win of the season - and was also memorable for Steve Fletcher who chalked up his 300th league appearance for Cherries.
