A man will stand trial over an allegation of causing grievous bodily harm with intent in Weymouth.
Andrew Harrison, of Upper Bloomfield Road, Bath, appeared at Dorchester Crown Court where he pleaded not guilty to a charge of unlawfully and maliciously causing grievous bodily harm to Sarah Pemberton with intent to do serious harm between May 13 and May 15.
Harrison, 45, also denied a charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm relating to the same victim. He was remanded in custody and will return to court, with a date provisionally fixed for November 14.
