FOR many years, Don Whistance has been deeply committed to the development of children’s sport, particularly athletics, in south Dorset. His views deserve to be heard.
And given the hefty profits which are sure to be made during the 2012 Olympics, there would seem to be no more apt legacy than the all-weather facilities for which he is calling.
