I’VE noticed the dolphin is back in Victoria Square, Portland.
It comes out of hiding each year and it looks to be more dilapidated than ever. The green foliage is turning brown.
I personally think it is well past its sell by date and should be put to rest. Perhaps it could be replaced by something brighter and colourful to bring a smile when we travel through the square.
