A YACHTSMAN whose vessel was in danger of being driven into a breakwater wall by a strong wind was rescued by a lifeboat.
The mariner called the coastguard after his boat Rapunzel broke down outside Weymouth Harbour on Sunday.
The inshore lifeboat towed the vessel to safety.
The yachtsman was given safety advice by a coastguard team.
