A ROW over loud music and noise led to a punch-up, police said.
They are appealing for witnesses to an altercation in Weymouth which happened last week in the middle of the afternoon.
The incident, in which two men had an altercation both inside and outside a block of flats at Portmore Gardens, happened between 2.50pm and 3.10pm on Tuesday, October 18.
The altercation left one of the men, a 47-year-old from Weymouth, with a broken cheekbone, nose and two fingers.
Detective Constable Gerald Marchant, of Weymouth CID, said: āIām keen to hear from any witnesses who saw or heard this altercation, or anyone else with any information that may help my investigation.ā
Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101 quoting incident number 18:269.
