A MAN was seriously injured after being struck by a car in Litton Cheney.
Police say the 49-year-old local man was walking along unlit Litton Lane with another person on Sunday night when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
Two people, a man and a woman both aged 34, were arrested shortly afterwards. The car has been seized for forensic examination.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
