VOTERS who have not yet registered to vote in Purbeck District Council’s elections on Thursday, May 3 need to do so by April 18.
Seats in the wards of Lytchett Matravers, Lytchett Minster and Upton East, Lytchett Minster and Upton West, Wareham St Martin, Swanage North, Swanage South, Wareham and Wool are up for election, where the seat is contested.
Residents can apply to vote by post by calling 01929 557219 before the application deadline of 5pm on Wednesday, April 18.
To vote by proxy residents need to register by 5pm on April 25.
Anyone wishing to stand for election can pick up a candidate pack from the council offices in Worgret Road, Wareham before the deadline of 12noon on Wednesday April 4.
