May I through your page thank the irresponsible, uncaring horse rider(s) that rode their mount along the footpath (yes footpath, not bridleway) at the top of Kestrel View one recent Sunday lunchtime and allowed their mount to defecate for four yards along the middle of the footpath outside of five residential properties.
A young neighbour with two young children had to cross another neighbour’s lawn to avoid the mess.
If this had been a dog owner they would have been fined and ordered to clean up, why are these people above the law?
