WITNESSES are being urged to come forward after multiple burglaries in the Blandford area.
More than £1,000 worth of power tools were stolen in the raids at a location in Winterbourne Kingston just north of Bere Regis.
The burglaries at North West Farm, are believed to have taken place some time between 10pm on Sunday and 8am on Monday.
A rare sports car was also taken but later recovered in a nearby village, a police spokesman has confirmed.
Police Constable Daniel Rowan, of Blandford Police said: “Thieves broke into several buildings on the farm site.
“They stole about a £1,000 worth of power tools, including a green Honda generator, a Stihl chainsaw and a Bosch drill.
“A rare sports car was also stolen which was recovered in a nearby village.
“I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area around the time of the incident or has any information which will help the investigation.”
Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101 quoting incident number 14:58.
